Website terms

A few clear boundaries.

These terms apply to the ChatQuire website, its guides, and its illustrative sample. They do not establish terms for an app or service that has not been released.

The product’s current status

ChatQuire is a planned iPhone app. It has not been built or released, and this website does not provide a message conversion or file-processing service. Descriptions labeled “planned” or “proposed” explain an idea, not functionality you can use today.

Features, supported sources, design, and availability may change during development. No launch date or price has been announced. Viewing the site, downloading a sample, or sending feedback does not reserve access, create an account, or establish a purchase or subscription.

Using the guides

The guides provide general information about file handling, readability, and source preservation. Device software and third-party menus can change. Check the official sources linked from each guide and review your own result before relying on it.

Keep your original files and conversations. A formatted PDF or a collection of screenshots may omit content, context, attachments, or metadata. Text read from an image needs review, and neither OCR nor page layout can recover information that was not visible in the source.

The sample is fictional

The sample conversation and PDF were created to illustrate a possible document format. They are not a customer’s records, output from a released ChatQuire app, a certificate, or a verification of message authenticity.

You may download, print, and share the sample to evaluate or discuss the proposed format, provided its fictional-conversation and proposed-format labels remain visible. Do not present it as a real conversation or as a certified record.

ChatQuire is intended to help organize readable records. It does not determine whether a court will accept them. Nothing on this website is legal advice, a forensic assessment, or a promise that a document meets the requirements of a particular proceeding.

Formatting does not establish who sent a message, whether the conversation is complete, or whether a source was altered. If records relate to a dispute or legal proceeding, ask a qualified professional what source material, preservation steps, and submission format your situation requires.

Use the site responsibly

Use the site lawfully and respect other people’s privacy and rights. Do not attempt to interfere with the site or misrepresent its content. This website does not ask you to submit conversation files; do not send private message records or sensitive attachments when giving feedback.

Third-party services and names

Apple, iPhone, WhatsApp, and other product names identify their respective products or services. ChatQuire is an independent project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple, WhatsApp, or Meta. External sites have their own terms and policies, which you should review when using them.

Content and availability

We aim to keep the site accurate and useful, but its content may contain errors or become outdated, and access may be interrupted. The site and sample are provided as available, without a promise that they will suit a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits any rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be limited.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated when the website changes. The date at the top identifies the current version. Questions about the website or these terms can be sent to lokman782782@gmail.com. Our privacy policy explains how voluntary correspondence is handled.
